Do you live in the Orlando area and are seeking a nanny to become part of your family? 

The Sister Sitters can help find you an experienced, loving and reliable, full-time OR part-time nanny to become part of your family. 

How the process works: 

• You reach out to us to let us know the hours you are looking for. 
• We take the stress away for you by finding a nanny that is qualified. We have made sure they have passed all of our requirements and have been personally interviewed by us. 
• We then will make a connection between you and the nanny for you to interview to make sure you feel that this will be a good fit for your family as well.(This is free of charge). 
• Once everyone is in agreement, we will send out contracts to the nanny and your family. 
• We ask that our nanny and your family sign contracts agreeing for 6 months and then a re-evaluation can be made or another contract can be signed. 
• If you would like your nanny to have a “training day” or shadow your previous nanny for a couple of hours or a full day before starting. The nanny does need to be paid for their time. This is at the same hourly rate of your nanny contract. 
• Your nanny then begins and you get to sit back and watch your children grow in a safe and creative environment. 

Essentially we think of ourselves as an extra set of hands that your family needs to provide professional, loving, nurturing care while assisting with the everyday tasks that comes with having a family. 

What our service includes:

• Creating a safe, and creative environment for your children. 
• Tidying up children rooms, playroom, toys, etc. 
• Preparing meals / snacks for your children.
• Cleaning up dishes, bottles, etc. after meals. 
• Children's laundry only if needed. 

**Any other household chores would be an additional cost as our first priority is taking care of your children. 

Pricing: 

$30/hr for 1-2 children. 

+$5/hr additional each child 

** We have a 4-1 child/ sitter ratio. Please keep in mind that the pricing above is per family. We do not offer a nanny share at this time.
