Mission Statement: 

Our mission is to provide care in our community where parents can feel confident in their decision knowing their children are in good hands with The Sister Sitters. We have found sitters that we trust so that you can also trust them with your children. 

Our mission for our sitters is taking away the stress about finding a position that works within their schedule. We are here to provide resources that are easily accessible and can be used as ideas, helpful tips, and encouragement. 

We BELIEVE that your kids are our future and we are here to help shape their minds, give them the resources and environment to dream, imagine, explore and inspire. If these are your beliefs as well, we hope that you will become part of our team at The Sister Sitters or allow us to watch your children.

• All of our Nannies / Sitters are fully screened and interviewed.
• We are fully insured. 
• We provide loving, reliable, and professional childcare. 
• We value teamwork, respect, commitment, honesty and accountability. 

Our Nannies / Sitters are:

• 18 years of age or older
• U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Minimum of 2 years working with children
• Minimum of a High School Diploma 
• CPR / First Aid certified
• Passed a background check
• Has a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation 
• Reference checked
